Spicy Carrot and Chickpea Dip
Spicy carrot and chickpea dip
A delicious healthy dip, perfect for a snack or to serve up if you are entertaining!
Ingredients:
2 carrots – peeled, chopped and steamed until soft
1 tsp each of ground cumin, curry powder and ground coriander
1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp tahini
Zest and juice of ½ orange
How to make:
Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor, I use my amazing Kenwood Excel Pro or Kenwood Tribade bowl.
Add enough water to make into the consistency of your liking. Season to taste.
