Protein Packed Banana Split
This protein packed snack is perfect for afternoon tea or served after dinner as an extra bite!
Ingredients: (single serve)
1 banana
A dollop of yoghurt
1 tbsp of peanut butter
A handful of frozen fruit
1 square of dark chocolate
How to make:
Slice one banana through the middle, top with a dollop of yoghurt, a tablespoon of peanut butter, a handful of frozen berries and grate one square of dark chocolate on top.
