You can’t do it all…
and you can’t be perfect so cut yourself some slack.
Skipping a workout when you’re exhausted is fine. You’re not lazy, you’re human. Get some sleep and then try again.
Having days when you achieve hardly anything on your to do list and are swamped with piles of laundry… are normal, you’re not behind, the list was just too long.
Your kids having pre-bought muesli bars and refusing veg in their lunchbox is fine. You don’t have to cook everything yourself or have instagram-style lunches for them to be healthy balanced kids overall.
There’s a limit to what you can do. And that’s ok.
Don’t kill yourself with stress trying to get all the healthy habits ‘right’ because sometimes, you just can’t.
Do what you can, look after your mind and remember, you are human, not a robot.
