Choc Nut Banana pops 

A delicious frozen sweet treat 

These pops are a great alternate to store brought ice creams and make for the perfect Summer sweet treat! 

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas 

  • 200g smooth peanut butter 

  • 200g peanuts (unsalted or salted) 

  • 100g melted chocolate 

  • 8 sticks 

How to make:

  1. Peel the bananas and cut each banana in half. 

  2. Insert a popsicle stick through the centre of each banana.

  3. Lay the bananas on a chopping board and coat each one in peanut butter. 

  4. Line a baking tray with baking paper, add a layer of peanuts, roll each banana through the peanuts until covered thoroughly. 

  5. Melt your chocolate and drizzle over your peanut covered bananas. 

  6. Pop into the freezer for at least 1 hour to set. 

Enjoy! Any extras can be stored in an air-tight freezer safe container.
