Choc Nut Banana pops
A delicious frozen sweet treat
These pops are a great alternate to store brought ice creams and make for the perfect Summer sweet treat!
Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
200g smooth peanut butter
200g peanuts (unsalted or salted)
100g melted chocolate
8 sticks
How to make:
Peel the bananas and cut each banana in half.
Insert a popsicle stick through the centre of each banana.
Lay the bananas on a chopping board and coat each one in peanut butter.
Line a baking tray with baking paper, add a layer of peanuts, roll each banana through the peanuts until covered thoroughly.
Melt your chocolate and drizzle over your peanut covered bananas.
Pop into the freezer for at least 1 hour to set.
Enjoy! Any extras can be stored in an air-tight freezer safe container.
